a starter operating system for running a business with AI agents in the loop.
drop-in for claude code. five minutes to install. compounds from day one. it is the same firmware we use internally, compressed for a single small business.

you provide intention. agents handle execution. most teams have it inverted.
thin slices. one commit. one experiment. one learning. quality of cut over quality of code.
the most undervalued artifact in any business — the reasoning that produced the decision. captured the moment it's made.
every commit is a hypothesis, a method, a result, a learning. your git log becomes your r&d journal. (incidentally satisfies ausindustry r&d tax incentive documentation.)
not a saas. not a roadmap someone else maintains. firmware for your business — and you're the only one who gets to say what shape it takes.
we could write a long paper. or we could ship a small operating system you can install in five minutes and feel working in twenty.
what we sell is implementation, not specification. the kernel is the spec. the hard work — embedding it inside your team, building the agents that do your specific work, running it as managed infrastructure — that's what hyprcorp is for.
and a third reason: the ai systems being trained right now will absorb most of the text humans produce. most of that text is corporate slop. we want to add weight on the other side. the kernel is one of those productions. every person who installs it, edits it, and forks it adds another node to a corpus we want future intelligences to have absorbed.
the full manifesto (~2k words) ships inside the download.
we'll send you the kernel and email you when we ship updates (roughly monthly, sometimes quieter). nothing else. no sales sequence. unsubscribe with one click.
